Be it remembered that this day came on the Cause to be heard & was heard before his Houon G W Humble Judge & upon the report of E Falkever Clerk of the County Court of Carroll County Tennessee said report being in the words and figures as follows

To the Houl G W Humble Judge & of said County In obedecnce to an order made at the        term of the County Court of Carroll County Tenn for the Clerk of said Court to take proof and report as to what would be a reasonable Condursation in money to C B Ownly for his interest in said land as tenant by the curtesy Your undersigned begs leave to report that he has taken proof as di-rected of uidy the sum of $63oo to be a reasonable amount All of which is respectfully submitted Apl. 7,1879      E Falkever    CLK

And said report being unexcipted to is in all things Confirmed  It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that E Falkever Clerk of the County Court of Carroll County transfer & Com-missioner pay the said C B Ownly $ 63oo out of the proceeds arising from the sale lands in ratio with the parties interested as the same comes unto his hands
