Pet to sell land
This day came on this cause to be and was heard before his Honor G W Humble Judge & upon the petition of C B Ownly & it appearing unto the Satisfaction of the Court that petitioner C B Ownly has an interest as tenant by the County in said land & by enorvertancy or mistake petitioner C B Ownly was not made a party in the original petition  It is therefore ordered & decreed by the Court that petitioner C B Ownly be made a party defendant to said original petition that are order of reffenerce be had & that the Clerk take proof as what would be a reasonable Compensation in money for his said interest in said land and that the Clerk & Commissioner pay over to him his poporteate part of said money as the same comes into the said Clerk his hand .  It is futher ordered by the Court that the petitioner C B Ownly pay the Cost of this proceedings for which execution may issue
